Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, and utilizing the Essential Works Global platform ("Platform"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not emphatically agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the Platform or any associated financial rails.

2. Multi-Role Definitions & Platform Scope

Essential Works Global operates as a decentralized, fractional employment infrastructure facilitating targeted connections between three primary user roles:

• Companies: Entities sourcing remote talent, publishing jobs, and depositing fiat compensation into the Platform's operational ledger.
• Sponsors: Entities or individuals providing upfront capital budgets to acquire necessary remote-working physical infrastructure (desks, chairs, wifi stipends) for Agents.
• Agents: Independent contractors executing labor for Companies.
• Admin (Platform): The automated system architecture acting as the verifiable clearinghouse for connections and fiat disbursements.

Crucial Distinction: Essential Works Global strictly operates as a technological bridging infrastructure. We do not directly employ Agents, nor do we assume any liability for the independent contractor agreements, quality of labor, or external legal obligations forged directly between Companies, Sponsors, and Agents.

3. The Fractional Payment Engine (Irrevocability)

By utilizing our financial rails, all users formally agree to the exact, automated fractional algorithms enforced by our database layer. When a Company deposits a finalized payment:

• 10% of the gross distribution is routed directly to the performing Agent.
• 40% of the gross distribution is routed automatically to the backing Sponsor as an ongoing infrastructure yield.
• 25% is routed to the designated Admin facilitating the connection.
• 25% is retained by Essential Works Global as a platform maintenance and clearing fee.

*Note: The above percentages represent the standard algorithmic defaults. Fractional distributions may be dynamically adjusted on a per-contract basis only if all involved parties explicitly consent to a different agreed share split prior to execution.

You explicitly acknowledge that once a fractional disbursement is fully executed through the ledger, it is mathematically final and mathematically non-reversible. Essential Works Global does not arbitrate cash refunds post-distribution.

4. Hardware & Logistics Liability

Sponsor operational budgets are mapped directly to third-party shipping vendors for physical equipment fulfillment directly to the validated Agent's physical address. Essential Works Global acts solely to facilitate this logistical ping. We bare absolutely zero legal or financial liability for delayed shipments, customs seizures, physical damage to hardware upon arrival, or stolen packages at the destination footprint.

5. Account Integrity & Termination

Users must provide strictly verified, accurate AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer) information. Any falsification of identity, corporate entity routing, or tax ID anomalies will result in an absolute, immediate termination of the architecture access without appeal, and funds will be suspended pending reporting to appropriate international regulatory enforcement divisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the absolute maximum extent permitted by global law, Essential Works Global, its engineers, directors, and partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or catastrophic punitive damages, including data loss, loss of sovereign profits, or hardware malfunctions resulting from your access to, or catastrophic inability to access, the Service.

7. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality (NDA)

During your use of the Essential Works Global platform and connection services, you may be granted access to proprietary corporate documentation, internal workflows, software tooling, financial information, or unreleased platform mechanics ("Confidential Information"). By accepting these Terms, you explicitly agree to hold all such Confidential Information in the strictest confidence. You may not distribute, screenshot, reverse-engineer, leak, or commercially exploit any Confidential Information without direct written authorization from the owning entity. Any documented breach of this non-disclosure clause will trigger an immediate permanent ban from the Platform and may subject the offending party to significant legal liability and financial damages.
