2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Processing

Essential Works Global integrates advanced artificial intelligence subsystems (such as our Master Admin AI Assistant) to perform real-time database analytics, operational triage, and administrative oversight. By utilizing this platform, you explicitly consent to non-sensitive structural metadata (such as job performance vectors, fractional split timing, and platform interactions) being processed by secure, isolated Large Language Model infrastructures to ensure optimal system integrity. We do NOT feed your direct KYC identity documents or raw banking hashes into any foundational AI training loops.

3. Functional Data Utilization

Your data is exclusively deployed to execute the fractional architecture of the platform. We use it to:

• Synthesize binding financial links between fractional wallets (Companies, Sponsors, Agents).
• Execute precise algorithmic payouts across our banking APIs.
• Detect and permanently quarantine fraudulent identity loops.

4. Soft-Deletion Data Retention (AML Compliance)

To ruthlessly comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) statutes and prevent systemic financial fraud, Essential Works Global operates on a strict **Soft-Deletion** retention architecture.

When you officially request an account deletion, your profile will be instantly disabled, obfuscated from public directories, and permanently locked. However, cryptographic logs of your executed fractional disbursements, prior identity verification hashes, and ledger histories will be durably retained in an isolated long-term cold-storage state. We do not honor total hard-deletion requests for any user who has touched the financial rails, as this violates our strict legal accountability mandates.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We never sell, lease, or auction your personal vectors to shadow data brokers. Information is strictly pinged to trusted operational backbones (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, Google Cloud) or surrendered to verified government regulatory bodies if presented with an unassailable court subpoena.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Essential Works Global's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
